Our story began in 1975, when the Cozzolino family purchased the property as a private seaside home. After decades of personal enjoyment, in 2010 a portion of the estate was transformed into a seasonal holiday rental, welcoming guests from around the world to experience the beauty and tranquillity of southern Italy.
Our holiday homes Luna and Sole are located in the larger building on the first floor, each with a private entrance and access to guest outdoor spaces, including garden areas, a gazebo and outdoor showers — perfect for relaxing after a day at the Blue Flag beaches of Palinuro and exploring the coast’s natural wonders.
We are a regularly authorized holiday accommodation under Italian regulations (Municipality of Centola) with official regional certification, ensuring full compliance, guest safety and peace of mind during your stay. Both apartments are equipped with modern comforts such as air conditioning, safety systems and independent access — ideal for family holidays, couples and groups.
